I understand that all items must be removed from cabinets and drawers included in the project before our scheduled start date.

Please remove all items from cabinets and drawers included in the project unless otherwise discussed with B Quality Painting.

I understand that countertops and areas around the cabinets must be cleared before our scheduled start date.

Please remove small appliances, decorations, food, and personal belongings from countertops and the immediate cabinet work area before our crew arrives.

Will a garage be available for our crew if your cabinet project requires an on-site spray area?

If your project requires an on-site spray area, approximately 10 ft × 10 ft of clear garage space may be needed. Vehicles and personal belongings must be moved from this area before setup. This does not apply to projects that do not require an on-site spray area.

Is there anything we should know about your kitchen or cabinet access during the project?

Please let us know about appliances or areas that need to remain accessible, special scheduling needs, or anything else that may affect our work.

Are there young children or elderly individuals living or spending time in the work area?

If yes, please let us know if we should take any special precautions.

Do you have any pets on the property?

Knowing if you have pets helps us keep them safe and comfortable while we work. Please let us know so we can take any needed precautions during your project.

Are there any restricted or private areas the crew should avoid?

Letting us know if a bathroom will be available helps our team plan and work more smoothly.

To help our crew work efficiently, please decide if you’ll provide access to a bathroom during the project. If so, kindly let the crew leader know on the first day where the bathroom is located.

Lunch Break & Access During Our Absence

Our crew may need to leave the property for lunch or to pick up materials. If no one will be home, please let us know how you would like us to secure the home while we're away. Examples: leave a key with the crew, lock the door and exit through another door, or provide other instructions.

Is there an alarm system we should know about? If yes, please provide instructions.

Would you be comfortable allowing us to place a B Quality Painting yard sign in your yard while we are working at your property?

Do we have your permission to take and use before-and-after photos of your project for marketing purposes (such as our website or social media)

Is there anything else we should know?
