Before Painting: Pictures & Wall Decor

To prep the walls correctly, we need to know which nails/hooks should stay and which should be removed and patched.

Please remove pictures and wall décor whenever possible.

If you want to keep certain nails/hooks in place, place a small piece of blue tape next to each one you want us to leave.

Any nail/hook not marked will be removed and patched for a clean, smooth finish.

Are there young children or elderly individuals living or spending time in the work area?

If yes, please let us know if we should take any special precautions.

Do you have any pets on the property?

Knowing if you have pets helps us keep them safe and comfortable while we work. Please let us know so we can take any needed precautions during your project.

Are there any restricted or private areas the crew should avoid?

Letting us know if a bathroom will be available helps our team plan and work more smoothly.*

To help our crew work efficiently, please decide if you’ll provide access to a bathroom during the project. If so, kindly let the crew leader know on the first day where the bathroom is located.

Lunch Break & Access During Our Absence

Sometimes our crew needs to leave the job site for lunch or to pick up materials. Our break is usually 1 hour. If no one is at home during this time, what would be your preferred way for us to secure your home while we’re away? Example: You may leave a key with our crew, we can leave the front door unlocked, we can lock the front door and leave through another door (please specify) Other (please specify)

Would you be comfortable allowing us to place a B Quality Painting yard sign in your yard while we are working at your property?

Do we have your permission to take and use before-and-after photos of your project for marketing purposes (such as our website or social media)
