The short answer to this question is YES. There are a few things that almost always help sell homes faster, paint is definitely one of the most cost effective and quickest ways to improve the viewing experience for all the prospective buyers. You have only one shot to make a good impression and a home freshly painted and with the right colors will captivate buyers leaving an impression of a well maintained home.

There are many advantages from painting a home before selling. To name a few, your home will look clean and well maintained giving the feeling of move-in ready to home buyers. It’ll make your online pictures look better, which will ultimately attract more buyers.
