I understand that small, fragile, and valuable items must be removed from the rooms where ceiling work will be performed before our scheduled start date.

Please remove decorations, personal belongings, and other small or fragile items from the work areas before our crew arrives.

I understand that smaller furniture should be removed from the work areas when possible, and larger furniture should be moved toward the center of the room before our scheduled start date.

Please leave enough space around the room for our crew to safely access and work on the ceilings. Our team will protect the work area before beginning.

Knowing if you have pets helps us keep them safe and comfortable while we work. Please let us know so we can take any needed precautions during your project.

Are there any restricted or private areas the crew should avoid?

Letting us know if a bathroom will be available helps our team plan and work more smoothly.

To help our crew work efficiently, please decide if you’ll provide access to a bathroom during the project. If so, kindly let the crew leader know on the first day where the bathroom is located.

Lunch Break & Access During Our Absence

Sometimes our crew needs to leave the job site for lunch or to pick up materials. Our break is usually 1 hour. If no one is at home during this time, what would be your preferred way for us to secure your home while we’re away?
